We offer a free 1-hour consultation. After that, we charge a flat hourly rate for design creation. 

We prefer to work in Bend and the surrounding communities, such as Sunriver and Redmond.

We will be your single contact for the duration of the project. We will schedule inspections, coordinate subcontractors, and provide quality control.

Yes. If the work is out of our expertise, we will hire subcontractors to perform additional work such as siding, drywall, and roofing. 

We require a portion of the total job cost before work commences. Depending on the scope of work, we may require progress payments. Final payment is expected upon successful completion of the entire project. You can pay via check, direct deposit, or Venmo.

We can often get started within two weeks. However, the larger the project, the more planning is required. We don’t want to start demolition unless all other contractors are scheduled and ready to go and all materials are available.
