Boston Design & Renovation is a design/build company. We will help you design your home’s interior, then make it happen.

Good home interior design is about making a space both functional and beautiful. Trying to balance those two takes talent and experience. Tanya Boston is a certified designer. She specializes in updating older homes and transforming them into inviting, elegant, modern spaces. She will arrange a free consultation, where she will listen to what you want to do with the space and tour your home. She can also design interiors for new construction.

Then she will get to work coming up with an overall design plan that will work with your home’s existing architecture. She will come up with paint colors for the walls, window trim and doors. She will choose cabinet design (and help with cabinet layout), cabinet color, countertops, backsplashes, and lighting. For the bathrooms she will choose all the tile and fixtures.

Rates
Design work is billed by the job or by the hour. Hourly rate is $80/hr.
A full kitchen remodel design typically costs $3500, a bath design costs $2500.
A full home redesign costs $5-$10,000.

Design choices are never written in stone. We will offer you multiple choices of each item and will offer advice if you have a particular light fixture or other item that you want to use.
