New Home Construction

We can take your custom home building project from initial planning to completion. By coordinating a large group of professionals and contractors, we get the job done in a timely and professional manner.

Starting with the architect and engineer, we’ll then move the project through the city and neighborhood associations. After that, we get bids from all our subcontractors and suppliers to get our total construction costs. Chris serves as the general contractor to keep the project moving along.

Our latest project was completed in 2022 in 10 months despite worker and material shortages. We oversaw the project from initial layout and choice of tile and finishes to landscaping and project completion.
